Scanning and Sketching



1. The task that we were set was to take an image from the internet of our choice and trace it.

2. Once this had been done, we then had to scan both the coloured and traced image. Each image was scanned four times but with different DPI's ranging from 100DPI all the way up to 600DPI.

3. The results shown suggest that the higher the DPI the better the quality and more clear the image is for showing detail. To make sure that this was fair, each scanned image was set to the same file type (JPEG).
